🔑 Guest Access

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire house during their stay, including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, the utility room, and the gardens.

Access is via self check-in. Full arrival and access instructions will be provided on the day of arrival, once all pre-arrival requirements have been completed.

Any locked cupboards or storage areas are not accessible to guests.

🔐 Security Deposit, Terms & Verification

• A 200 refundable security deposit is required and collected separately prior to arrival. It is refunded after departure, subject to no damage, excessive cleaning, or breach of house rules.

• By confirming the booking, the lead guest agrees to our full Booking Terms & Conditions, which will be shared via Airbnb message and must be acknowledged before check-in details are released.

• For security and insurance purposes, the lead guest must provide:

- valid photo ID

- and contact details before arrival.
